1. To limit supplier non-conformance to ≤ 5 cases for quality, and zero cases for food safety per year.
2.  To ensure external provider performance evaluations exceed 70% annually.
3. To achieve zero cases of pathogenic bacteria and chemical hazards in all finished products through annual verification.
4. To limit customer complaints to ≤ 5 cases related to quality and zero cases related to food safety per year.
5.  To maintain zero product recalls due to food safety concerns annually.

We are committed to produce HIGH QUALITY & SAFE ROASTED COFFEE BEAN AND GROUND COFFEE that are safe for consumer consumptions, which comply with all applicable statutory, regulatory and other requirements as requires by authorities, customers and company.

We are also committed for continually improve and maintain the effectiveness of our Quality and Food Safety Management Systems at all times through our competent staffs and other interested parties.

We are processing HALAL & SAFE TO CONSUME FOOD & BEVERAGE PRODUCTS which meets the:

• MS 1500:2019 Halal Food – General Requirement (Third Revision);
• Manual Prosedur Pensijilan Halal Malaysia (Domestik) 2020;
• Malaysian Halal Management System (MHMS) 2020;
• Malaysia Food Act (Act 281) and Food Regulations 1985 (including Food Hygiene Regulations 2009); and
• Other Applicable Statutory & Regulatory Requirements

We are committed to produce Halal products in compliance with Halal guidelines issued by the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM). We will ensure Halal integrity of food processes starting from the control of raw material to manufacturing, packing, storing and distribution. We strive to ensure that our products are Halal, safe, hygienic and fit for consumption.
