1. Are we a local company?
Yes, we are known as simple x coffee sdn bhd. XBREW are coffee bean branding under us since 2015.
2. Is our products are halal certified?
Yes, all products that we carry are halal-certified or could be pending application. The range products of capital, SUNTIPS, and other ingredients that we carry are imported goods, hence the halal certifications that they acquire may be from their own respective countries.
3. Do we import the coffee bean or roast it ourselves?
we are a local coffee roaster in compliance with GMP and halal certification.
4. How long can the coffee bean last?
The roasted coffee bean is sealed with a one-way airway valve that only allows the airflow out only. It is lab-tested 2 years storage at room temperature but we advise you to consume as soon as possible once the packaging is opened.
5. Does XBREW provide OEM services?
Yes, we do with MOQ applied.
6. Can I return or refund my products?
All items purchases through our e-commerce website are non-refundable but exchangeable in the case of receiving the goods damaged or faulty.
Several types of goods are non-refundable or exchangeable. perishable goods such as ingredients (liquids, powders) or magazines cannot be returned. Items such as ceramics, equipment’s and crockery can be exchanged if the items you received have been faulty or damaged upon delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. this applies to only regular sales items. If the product you have purchased is discounted or purchased via promotional campaigns, you will not be eligible for returns. All complaints or requests must be made within 7 days after you have received your product. Any requests after that will not be entertained. To complete your requests, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase, enclosed together with a precise photo of the item purchased and where it has been damaged or faulty. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and is valid only for the period of time as stated.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. shipping costs are non-refundable.
